FRIENDS! Happy almost Friday, we are so close to the weekend! Which I totally cannot wait for because I get to photograph a wedding for someone I went to high school with and I know it’ll be such an amazing time (don’t worry, a blog post to follow). This blog post today is near and dear to my heart (and a little sappy) because it’s my step sister’s wedding! When Myla told me she was engaged and that she was getting married in sunny California AND that she wanted me to be the lucky one to photograph it, I nearly fainted. She told me the details of the location where she would have the ceremony and reception and honestly…..it’s every hipster’s dream wedding (I mean that in the best way possible). There was an ivy wall, a wood panel deco wall, and the COOLEST modern light fixtures I’ve ever seen. I am forever grateful that Myla and Travis asked me to capture this amazingly beautiful day for them. I shamelessly added a family photo in here because hello Michele and David (my parents) are truly the cutest ever. Seesterrrr!! I love you so much and I’m so happy for you and Travis. Travis, thank you for treating my sis with the love and kindness she deserves.
