How is it Monday already!? All I wanted to do when I woke up this morning was cuddle up with a nice hot cup of coffee and edit photos in my pjs…instead I’m editing in work clothes that are definitely not as comfy. I hope everyone had an awesome weekend and enjoyed the (hopefully) last couple days of the hot weather.
I’m so excited to share these wedding images with you from Taber and Josh’s beautiful and intimate wedding day. The day started off with the first look at Frick Park. These two totally lucked out and the weather was UNREAL. Hints of light were popping through the still full, green trees, which made for amazing lens flare. After the first look, we headed to the Edgewood Club. I don’t know if my Pittsburgh friends have had the chance to go there, but it is such a great venue. It’s quaint and cozy, with lights strung from the ceiling. Everything about it is perfect. Both the ceremony and the reception were there. Did I also mention they had a taco bar? YUP, a TACO BAR. Who wants a buffet style when you could just give tacos and mini burger sliders? After eating one two many tacos, everyone danced the night away and did a Terrible Towel send off. I’m sure you’ve all seen the “sparkler send off”…well these two wanted to try something a little different and have terrible towels made specifically for their wedding and have their guest wave them like true yinzers to send them off. Amazing. Taber and Josh, you both are so wonderful. I’m so happy I was able to photograph your wedding day. I wish nothing but the absolute best for you two.
